Come to Otters to free
your creative spirit! Parys is a growing centre of art
dealing, handicraft manufacture, and antique hunting. Otters' Haunt plays host to artists (see above) and we have
also developed a line of African furniture. The town is a
Mecca for antique hunters who come in search of bargains, as
many old platteland homes are being vacated and their goods
sold when people leave for the cities. Parys is full of coffee bars
and quaint shops, and it attracts horse shows and other
gatherings at regular intervals through the year.
