About the Full Moon Bush Cabins

with swimming pool

Four comfy thatched cabins, social lapa

The three thatched A-Frame cabins are Caracal (accommodating 4 adults); Malachite (2 and a child); and Pangolin (2 and a child). These look out over a lawn towards the swimming pool and riverbanks 150 metres below. A social lapa with kitchen facilities and braai circle serves the cabins, and they share an attractive thatched ablution block.

Cormorant penthouse

The thatched Cormorant "honeymoon suite" is situated on top of a koppie and has its own braai area. It accommodates two in the main bedroom (own bathroom) and has an annex with two extra beds. It has an undercover deck or porch, its own kitchenette, and a phenomenal view of the wetland and Vaal valley below.

The Cormorant may be booked on its own, though the swimming pool is shared by all.

From the bush camp, sally forth to fish the river, canoe the islands, ride the mountains, or visit the coffee bars and art shops of Parys. Or if you prefer, just lounge by the lovely rock pool.
